I made the mistake of op'ing some people who couldn’t handle it and watching everyone issue kick-bans like retards. Consider it a failed experiment toward the in game lobby concept.

heh, well, you could have simply talked to me about it and not had to go about learning the way things go first hand.

I already have plans for how to handle a lobby feature that these sorts of problems will not crop up in. Its pretty simple really. Counting on the good nature of the players is definitely not going to work. That's been proven time and time again. Just have to hard code it so they can't screw it up. Just like removing the kill feature from the game bots, remove the ability to abuse things, and suddenly the problems go away.
