If your plans are to follow through with this,... you are going to want someone to not only organize and lead it, but someone is going to have to be there to keep track and register loss's and wins and also mediate and referee disputes etc. Last couple of organized tourneys had a leader who collected and inputted info into a ledger and such. That would be the best way to get started launching this!
