I was trying to play a game with my bro-in-law, who has an SBC Yahoo! DSL connection. When he'd host a game, it would not show up on the tracker. I asked him to duplicate his actions when he'd start games when he came over to my house, and he did everything perfectly, as far as I could tell. He has a new version of winbolo, so it may be that he might not've punched in something that would be crucial for the detection of his games.

Choose Internet (Tracker Search) and then Tracker Setup. Make sure that the Use Tracker box is checked, and that the tracker address reads tracker.winbolo.com and port 50000.

hmm, i do not experience this problem and i am running on Telus Canadian ADSL. heh.......potato :D
