Sssss Ruining stricts

Here's the log. Towards the end of the game he joined and came on land and started building then later on attempted to take bases and grab pills from us. He got me killed once while doing a decoy and prevented me from getting the sweep. The log can be watched if you care but I'm just informing you so you know what he has done already and so some sort of action can take place. This guy needs to learn the rules of stricts before joining or playing.
