cheers nemo. i had the ports open just hadnt activated them correctly. this program pointed it out for me.
kaosbot is running now then it seems! i had a couple games earlier and wow! ping between 15 -40
0 net errors
id be interested to see if other europeans have less-laggy games and net errors.
couple of small problems to sort out still. games are not logging and when mapping a strict "mapp" makes strict with no pw and "map" creates one with a pw.

its all fun!

well fixed the mapp/map thing except for when mapp is used it is passworded but the password is blank :?

could use some help with getting the games to save as logfiles though. i cant seem to find anything in the script which relates to logging except for wbb logging which i think is just to show the games which have been spawned.

You seem to have trouble following simple instructions. It's telling you what to do to connect.

What happens is that server will show you some ASCII text. When you see it, you type /quote pong :randomText into the area where you type what you want to say where randomText is what the server displays in that window.
