how do u get allies

I have to send a message asking 4 allies and get them myself. It won't allow me to request allies. How can I form an alliance during a game?

Once you are in an alliance you can not request more people to join your alliance. They have to request to join your alliance. If you leave your alliance then you can request they join to form a new alliance.
