I cant make WinBolo game's

I cant make WinBolo games . Win i try to make a WinBolo game my computer will freze . If i do make a WiBolo game i cant join it . I have MSN dial up with a 56k. i made a pool that will run for two months ...

i can't make a join game too but im using verizon online dsl but sumtime i can but ofen i can't mah comp will freeze up

It is a pain I can never make a game help me someone.
