i need help with irc thingy!

ok, i dowloaded the irc tingy and started it up. then i followed the directions as follows from http://www.cablelan.net/924/mirctut/mirctutorial.htm and got to the part where it says "how to connect to join to winbolo.com" then it says, go file then options, so i do that, then it says "from the drop down menu select connect" what drop down menu....i dont understand....HELP! :lol: [/url]

ok now i understand but...where is "under irc server select winbolo.com"gaaaaaaahhh!!!i dont understand! :(
