I have no brains

There is some proof to the statement made as a topic, but I do have a problem with the brains option:
I have no idea how to access them [let alone work them 'cause I haven't been able to try it] and I cant get the brains/borgs that I download to get downloaded as a brain (I hope I phrased it right).

Put the .brn file you downloaded into your Brains folder. Then, in a game which has the Allow Computer Tanks option enabled, go to the Brains menu and click on the brain you want.
