what is going on? i cant join irc! it says my connection is refused...like this...: cannot connect to blablabla (connection refused) why is this? :? :(
is the server just down or something or what??? :( :( :( :( :(

The server is down. If you have mirc you can come to irc.winbolo.us. Hope this helps.
