Alert when new Player Joins

imo Winbolo needs to have something so that it can make an audible alert when a new player joins a game. This is because there are times when there's not many people on, and you join a game, and go to browse the net while you wait for someone else to join. Having an alert would mean that if you weren't watching the Winbolo screen you would know when there was a new player, and that the game wouldn't start while you were browsing or posint messages on the WBN forums... :P

From the other forum where you asked this:

"This could easily be done with a brain. Each time the brain is called it could check the number of players in the game and play a sound."

Maybe I'll get around to writing one, maybe someone will beat me to it.
