man.....i cant join a game cus some punk ass is using my name...wtf? can anything be done about this? and if not y the hell cant u get some balls and come up with your own name? in order to copy a name means u have to see it in the game...in order to see it means u came up with a name that is not the same as mine to play in the same game...so y piss some one off and make them change there name cus u cant think enough to come up with your own shit. aaarrrgggghhh u piss me off.

i was in a game and changed my name to join and i saw him or her. i mean i can change my name. i shouldent have to. it could be an accident so i asked the player what the signifigance of their name was and they proceded to ignore me and shoot friendly fire. and in some cases it might not be a big deal. but how hard is it to do your own? its like me runnin around with a name like desmo... what if he wants to join? nope cant your player name is already in use. this accourance happend at least 4 times in the same day. its just annoying thats all.
maybe i should make an alternate name that nobody will use, just in case...hmmm......

Chances are, you beat them or angered them in some way so they feel it's right to steal your name. I don't think it was a coincidence. Next time you see that player, write down their DNS or IP address and post it here to let other players know about this copy-cat.
Sorry pmg, that was me stealing your name because I wanted to play incognito with a name that would be recognized as a crappy player-- that gives me the mental edge on some noobs who think I'm a sucky noob like them. Anyhow, your best bet to keep me from using your name in the future would be to stop yer whining and start playin some good bolo so your name isn't troll-worthy. u know some of u guys seem to be missing the point. for as long as u played this game im pretty sure that u have changed your name at least once. but for the duration of your playing time people get to know u by that name. and yes i am a pethetic noob who cant play bolo to save his life but i think im gettin better. and to have someone use your name and shoot your teammates is not a good rep. to have. if i want to go around and mine out maps, talk shit that i cant back up, shoot my teammates, or just be a dick to every one that should be my chioce not some guy that likes pick another players name to screw stuff up.

if sum1 were to try to steal your name as long as you were logged in and using wbn because you would have an asterisk (*) appear in front of your name. perhaps this is just a glitch where you left the game then rejoined and it still thought u were in the game....... :? :wink: :lol: 8)
