Tank Label Problem

I've been having this tank label problem on my computer since I downloaded this game.(comp. crashed and just got it back up) I tried downloading it again but same problem. The bug is It shows a number,name, or an error message. Then theres a big black box behind it and also in that box it says network failed-resyncing.(this is all behind the tank) What is my problem and how do I fix it :?: :lol:

im a having a problem where i cant connect to winbolo to play sure i can go on .net and mirc but i cant play winbolo. i have reinstalled winbolo and uninstalled. when it says check your udp access i designed it then to work . I have a 1.13 version i have no idea whats going on its not udp nortan anti cirus isnt the problem so what is. Please respond if you can HELP me so this doesnt go off topic.

Its called lag, what speed are you connecting to the internet at? This may happen if you're on a 56k, even DSL.
The number could be a countdown, which means the game has a start delay, that happenes when someone accidently clicks Game Delay when starting the game. Some games spawned off of IRC have Delays as well as Time Limits.
The name could be the name of the map.
Network Failed - Resyncing (in a thin, white font) means there is latency between you and the other players, or game server.
If this is what you are experiencing, It would be easy to fix it.

I'm not sure if it was because they put a time delay, because its on all games open and strict. Yeah this a 56k modem running at 45333bps but on my other computer it has a 56k modem too runnig at 50666bps and they are both hooked up to the same phoneline.There seems to be no problems on my other one. This comp. I'm on now crashed and just got it back up, but before that the game ran fine. I never expirenced this problem till' now. If it helps I got it from winbolo.com Someone please tell me what the f*ck this error is.~suicide~
