It's a free forum the servers should be free also, I gave DZ the passwords, he is a very good bolo player and deserves to be included in the games

Also, the forums and servers are only free to those who use them. What about the people that own them? It definately costs them money. Using these game/irc servers is not a right; its a privilege. DZ's obviously messed up enough times to warrant a ban from irc.winbolo.com and players like him are the reason we password protect games that are created in #winbolo.
