message hotkeys

Another idea that I would like to see in winbolo, hotkeys that send out customized messages. So maybe F1 sends "winbolo menu, uncheck allow new players" to all players, F2 sends "help" to allies, etc. The text would have to be customized so people could enter their own messages, and maybe the hotkeys could also be customized.

Now Im sure this could be done with a borg (not that I could program it), but it would also be a nice feature to include in the game itself.
