This isnt a very good way to find teammates.
Youd probably find a bunch of queefs like me who cant play well.
Play a few games, then see whos good, then realize they will never join your team because their too egotistical to realize they're bolo skills will never contribute anything to real life.

-this was all a joke, dont get team members this way
