Well, this is a tough question. So, I just wanted output from the community what their opinions are to the following: who is the best overall player, who is the best to ever play winbolo, best female winboloer, best up in coming newb, best pill warrior, best strategy, etc etc.
I always like talking about my favorite players, winboloers that can make the best situation out of nothing. The people we all aspire to play like. I know in my 2½ years of playing I have improved, but it all came from great players help, both male and female. My most recent teacher told me I'm still in the crawling phases of winbolo. I believe it when he spanks me. Anyways, who do you guys like? why? Oh and also, what would be the unbeatable two player team combo?
I never saw or played with some of the old timers so don't be afraid to mention them. I love this stuff. maybe it's time for a Hall of Fame if there isnt yet.

me and sev allied, and if we use some sort of voice chat program like ventrilo to coordinate ourselves would be the undisputable 2x2 king. only prob is we never ever get to play a 2x2 on eachothers side. when we are allies, its usually in a 2x3 or some sort of handicap, which totally changes game play. so with a bit of practice and coordination, we would own any 2 people else
also, i want to say i can give sev a good run for his money... ill play him in the near future, if he is around

the best player in winbolo is all the plaer i list here not count in the stat ok zach,serv,sheep,ud,saiyan,and bus hehe thos are the player that i think they are preetty good

Who's the player that trolls as UNTOUCHABLE? I've never heard of that character. As for if sev is the best, I'd vote no and then continue in saying that there is no one best player in this community.
Everyone here has their strengths and weaknesses, and there's a wide variety of things in which they could be good or bad at. Is this player good in 1x1, team games, or both? How effective are their tactics? Does this player always resort to certain strategies or are they always changing their style? Are they a pillwarrior, LGM sniper, or attritionist?
I can only give you a list of -top overall- players in this community, in which Severian, Min, bitch, underdog, stimpy, and sheeps are a part of.

stix is right, i don't think there is really a all around BEST boloist.
who is better is determined by whether they can beat you or not
so if someone can beat you all the time in a 1x1, they are better
quit being communists. there is a best player, you just dont know who it is.
its especially hard for a weaker player to know who is the best though, since its difficult to differentiate the skill level of people that are better than you. like if 10 people are better than you, you really dont have the ability to say which one is better than the other except via heresay and guesses

I think there is a role for old-fashioned handsome good looks in Bolo rankings. I would like to say that LRL is easily the most handsome player I have been up against. Sheeps is not bad; nothing that a good haircut and some extensive dental work would not straighten out.
Elvis is presentable in a rugged kind of way. Severian is, to be completely
blunt, not the best looking, early in the morning.

Sev is good. The best player list would be a whos-who in the rankings. When looking at it, use common sense, I dont think a few of those people even belong on the list. While reading this, I did wonder why nobody mentioned Mad Scout.
nice shot, wonka. the other day i had no ammo and was chasing wuff around and annoying him. i got him pinned up against the wall and managed to wall him in. he was stuck till until he called his ally, who blew me to pieces.

Sorry for throwing you under the bus like that, it seems a small percentage thinks of you as the best. I guess we'll have to see what happens during the tournament. No hard feelings, but my money is someone else :twisted:

for those of you who have forgotten, this was the thread that inspired the tourny. The tourny is now finished, my hypothesis was correct. Severian won the tournament w/o any loses; therefore, imo He is the best player in winbolo today.
