Want to be in Winboloers Pic Gallery?

Well, during my 2+ month absence from the world of winbolo, a number of winboloers have asked how to get their pics on my page (http://winbolo.netfirms.com/wbpics.shtml), so since I'm feeling all goobly toward winboloers and its players, I thought that for this very limited time, I'll update my pic page with new pictures. It may be a very long time before I update it again (if ever), so if you ever wanted to be included on my winboloers pic page, now is the time to submit it to me!

So, for this limited time (probably one or two week from today), email me your pic, your winbolo name, and the date your pic was taken at: fireicewinbolo@hotmail.com.

I prefer real pictures, but if you have a unique name that lends itself to to a cartoon or drawing, feel free to include it and I'll judge whether I want that on my webpage or not. However, submiting a real picture of you increases your odds of making it to my pic page. I don't guarantee I'll put your pics up, as I reserve the right to refuse entries, but I generally have put up most entries I've received.

Important: By submitting your picture, you agree that you are giving me authorization to put the picture on my webpage for as long as I choose to. Thus, it's a permanent thing, once I put a picture up, it stays up period, you can't change your mind 3 months down the road. It's funny I have to include this, but I do.

Oh, and if someone who has windows XP and knows how to use the thumb creator to create thumbs of the new pics I'll be putting up is willing to help out, it will be quite appreciated as I'm still using an old OS on an old computer.

I just remembered, don't do like this player whom I won't mention his name (I don't really want to pick on that poor underdog too much), but please don't send me any 2 megs big pics...! Keep them at the biggest 100 or 200k...!

I'll have a rilly nice pic of me in about 2-4 weeks. I'll send it to u then (if u don't post it rite away, ill send u many emails :wink: )

I think there's a utility program out there that has the "create thumbnail" feature. It's called Infranview. I haven't used it yet personally but I've heard nothing but good things about it. It's also freeware so I would suggest checking it out, eff-eye.

so you are fireice. i have heard about you through other winboloers. How was your vacation from the world of winbolo? I hope you got some it always helps the transition without winbolo :oops: if not :cry: Anyways, trip to Michigan, still interested?? That way we can harrass sticks, Severian, Weez, etc etc

Sticks: I installed Infranview, and made thumbnails, but those thumbnails had a gray "background" to it. Do you know if I can easily make thumbnails in the same manner as I already have with infranview? I played around with the program and didn't succeed.

FI, if in a month or so i send you a pic of me an a thumbnail, could/would u still puttit on ur syte???!

On my next round of updates in a few months, I'll look at all the new pictures I'd have received and update those I consider acceptable :)

The Winboloers Pic Page Has been updated with 6 new Inductees and additional pics for 3 existing inductees!

New Inductees: Acro, Jhood, Nova, Pawn, Senzuri and Skeet

Added New Pictures: Kax, Severian, and Underdog

Thanks to the brave souls who've submitted their pics. Next update tentatively set in a few months, feel free to send your pics in so that I will have them the next time I'm ready to update the pic page.

Heh, I just counted how many pics I have up. I counted 68 pictures up, including both real and cartoon pictures but not thumbs.

While I'm at it.....I'm awarding the award for the most pics on my sites to......*droll rum* Underdog! He's got 8 pics ([plus 1 cartoon) up, and that's only the ones I decided to upload.

can i send a video of me in it? i have no scanner for a picture oh ya i figure it out i picture me in my video camcorder :)
