New Site Live!
The new winbolo.net is now live.
The site is major rewrite and modernization of the 20 year code. It has also been containerized with database migration and seeding scripts to allow for easier developer on-boarding.
Although most of the changes are technical the improvements include:
A few features have been removed as part of the upgrade:

Although most of the changes are technical the improvements include:
- Modern architecture and template system
- New layout that supports dark mode and responsive design
- Anti spam tools for signing up and forum usage
- Removal of phpbb forum system and replaced with much simpler forum.
- Extensive caching to reduce CPU usage
A few features have been removed as part of the upgrade:
- Email fowards
- Full set of forum mod tools - These will be re-implemented in the future.
