Tracker and WinBolo.net

The internet game tracker has now been modernized and natively compiles on x64 systems with support the current 32 bit client. It has been containerized and moved to a new server. There may some split requests as DNS updates occur over the next few hours.

Also if you didn't see the WinBolo.net announcement - There have also been major updates the winbolo.net website.

Source code will be available on github in the coming days.
