I have long since been facinated by this phenomonon. People who hate something will search the net for a site about it , just so they can say that they hate it. People who do this have no life, and it would probably be less painfull for them if they followed the lemmings.

Despite its simple layout and nonexistent graphics, I believe bolo is an outstanding internet game. I don't have to be good at it to enjoy it. Do you hate it because you were unable to master it quickly?

You know what Mr. Moron; you could have a point here. There I was playing away and mainly enjoying myself not realising all along that I should not have done so and should really have been bored and unimpressed all along. Now that you put it so eloquently, I must agree with you and will henceforth stop playing for enjoyment and will revert to whining, moaning, groaning (no more gasping though) and bitching, especially if I have just been creamed by a better player. So who was it that hammered you then?

nobody hammered me... i've just discovered that i like freeciv 1000 times better for two reasons:

1. in short, its just a better game... it's more fun.
2. there are no little mother fuc*ers like sgt. snake who sit around and drink 99 proof alcohal and take extasy all day while they play the dumba** winbolo
