What happened to stimpy today?

It was in the 40's and rainy off and on all day... typical crappy November weather. However, there was one bright noisy thunderclap mid-day... was that a thunderstorm? Not windy, no driving rain, but one bolt of lightning. What was it?

I don't think you can have thunder or lightning w/o rain, wind, etc etc. Maybe you heard a gunshot. You do live in the ghetto. :lol:
