Sheepbot webpage

Since I keep adding functionality to sheepbot, I thought it might be easier if I created a simple webpage for what it does.

This is mostly the same information you get with the sheepbot help command on Sb, with some formatting and more detail.

Any feature requests?

I wouldn't mind if someone could create a game locking utility.

Sheeps - that rox! Your bot really rox and I'm enjoying the additional functionality. Did you get my suggestion I wrote in the channel while you were playing a game?

Also statistics would be cool such as in number of maps requested and the name of those maps with number of times requested...useless but very fun info.
