Seeing as fi will not put my photograph up on his bolo players page, I have decided to a) take the law into my own hands and b) deal with the MILLIONS (well 3 or 4) fan mails from excited boloers, keen to see the face of the person they have so ruthlessly beaten to a pulp, every time they play me at bolo.

I hoped the picture was not too formal. I do try to dress up for bolo but
young people today would probably not appreciate such niceties.
I do not want to create the wrong impression. Such gear was considered
very "out there" in my day. The hat came from a salvation army shop and the coat was put through the dishwasher to get the hairy effect.

I did not know you knew I had published.
Clearly, I have not published any novels as "Desmo" as that might put off my serious art-crowd readership. I have published under various names including Truman Capote, Knut Hamsen and James Joyce.

That is me on the left in the second photograph. The first photograph was the model I used when dressing up. The lkikeness is uncanny.
