Wonka has created some utilities for hosted winbolo games. One is an autospawner and the other allows for locking, unlocking and killing of hosted games. These are open-source and the source is included with them.

Sheeps has released WinboloBot 2.0 incorporating these utils, for hosting games on mIRC.
