Log Viewer Logo Contest

In the spirit of running competitions I will be running a "Make a logo for the log viewer" competition. What I am after is a logo to display on the Log Viewer main window (Screenshots) when no log file has been loaded.

Information:The logo must be no larger then 640x400 pixels but may be any size smaller then that.

How to Enter: The prefered method of submitting logos is to place them online and put a link in this forum to them. If people are really stuck email may be considered.

Judging: Undecided at this stage. Possibly be by comunity vote. If I really like one I will choose that.

Prize: Having your name in the about box of the log viewer and documenation for all your friends to see.

I asked Min for those rendered tanks when I heard about the contest. He thought that he should repost them on the forums as they since had been taken down from some other website.

Hey, I got no idea how well Ill do, could be someone has a much better idea. I did have afew questions though, first when is the due date for entrys? And second, what is the RGB color of the log viewer background the image is gonna be sitting on? Thanks.

Either black or windows grey. Possibly white if the logo is that good. :)

Ok, I have posted a link to my entry, sorry for the nasty popups, but the effect is much better on a grey page background.

Oh the explination for the logo, was thinking along the lines of old maps and ships logs etc, so tried to create a old drawn map feel. Not sure how well I did or if it fits, but oh well :)

And here a start of one, using Mettler's graphics that min posted. I like the consistency since the wbn header uses the image.

Needs much more work, but might give ideas to those that can actually create a nice looking graphic.

The bottom of the picture is left open to include stuff like copyright (years), winbolo trademarks, elvis's name, a url, a slogan, whatever you want basically

colors can easily be changed. locations of text, as well as size and fonts can be changed. let me know what you think
