Computer tank Advantage?

I put this in technical help coz Ithink it might be considered technical shit...... When you start a new game using WinBolo, next to the "Allow Computer Tanks" option is the "and give them an advantage" option. My question is, how does it work? I mean, how does the program give a BRAIN an advantage? Do they get extra ammo? Faster LGM respawns? Better tank respawns? What type of advantage do ppl using brains get exactly from checking the "give computer tanks an advantage" option. Someone please answer.

From page 23 or the WinBolo manual:

"Allow Computer tanks: Allows whether players in the game can activate computer controlled brains or not. The “and give them an advantage” option makes them more challenging. They are given the location of every base, pillbox and tank on the map even if they are out of visual range."
