Neat map, but even as an open game this is going to be a major pain. Not only do you have deep water everywhere, you have all your starts in one central location, making them easy to spike.

I agree with Nova, the design is good, but it will be hard to play : much boats needed and no trees to create these boats... Can you, for example, try to replace all the internals deep seas by trees and upload it here ? Just to see if it can be better...
