A larger map like this can be good for strict or open games; especially since the tree regrow rate will be good on grass. However, the starts can be easily spiked out, making this map mostly unsuitable for a bolo game of any kind. The cluster of middle bases might be good for an open game megabase (which are the type I like to play) but again, someone will always spike out the starts, making defense impossible. Some players will still make landfall, but usually won't. If you pull the starts to the exterior and break up the 8 middle bases, the map will gain alot of potential.
