simpson skin

Well, since there is a rush of new skins out there, I will toss mine out.

I just changed a few of the elements, not all of them, so this just shows you can pick and choose what you want to skin.

I also wanted something that went along with my simpsons sound pack.

Once 1.14 is released, since you will need that version for skin support anyway.

how did you get a soundpack for winbolo? Also, what sounds do you have for the different events or actions during gameplay? I like the skin though. I'd probably want a Star Wars skin with a Star Wars sound pack.

Putting together a soundpak was a bitch. For some reason, I could not use certain .wav files even though they were of the same frequency and fidelity. Seemed like a crap shoot to me.

winbolo 1.13 had support for sound packs, and I released by simpsons sounds Mar 19, 2003.

I didn't have any trouble with the sounds I grabbed from the net, I made no edits to them.

But what underlying wav compression format were they in? uLaw, PCM? PCM is your best best for compatibility.

Woot, Awesome Skin!

However, it would be nice if the bases and/or pills had some simpson face on them, like for enemy and neutral pills Sideshow Bob or something like that.

If it's available for download now, please tell us, because it's quite simple to convert it to 1.13 compatibility.

not too bad sheepsy.

Pretty sure it was PCM. I tried converting them to the same Hz and everything. Some of them wouldn't work, I dunno.
