Spring tourny?

Mar 09, 2006 06:04
I doubt Fermat took the time to script anything that would integrate stats off the winbolo.net account into a brand new tournament hosted on an entirely seperate website. How did you even come up with that?
Mar 09, 2006 06:11
seriously, zach sev ren spin wang fart aj mac shotty, if you read this join the league and ill beat you guys down old school style, ct3 or whatever

and hi!

That is a good point... but it would kinda record that person's nickname's stats... if they use winbolo.net. so you need the winbolo.net password for the tourney to record your wins/losses.

Am I correct here?

I'm not exactly sure what your question here is, so I'm going to try to answer different possible questions:

Depends - you do need your wbn.net password to use your wbn name during the game. You don't need your wbn password to register on fermat's site. The stats for your wbn name, except for the 1v1 under the league, are not used for the league.

However, there is a manual process where you can play without the wbn name, and then report it afterward.

The whole point of sending to your wbn email was to verify that you are who you say you are.

To some degree it can... If you use your wbn account when playing your games, and if the game was well formed enough to count as an official 1x1, then the game will automatically be counted in the leagues.

However, the league does not require you to use your wbn account (though it is encouraged). What is worse, the league site allows you to report losses, so if people could enroll as anyone they could then go in and report lots of losses for that player.

Further, some people do not wish to participate, and we wouldn't want others enrolling them in a league they do not want to be a part of.

I was talking about stats from the winbolo.net account for games previously played and had no part your stats.

Is there a way to move from division A to B?

Edit: I wasn't logged in, nevermind.

FBL Commentary

And JoJo finally takes the lead today in Division A. Not only is he simply taking the lead, but he is doing it with a slam by having 29 points, almost twice as much as his closest competitor, innocentvirgin who has 15 points. Will JoJo, aka Chaps, continue his lead or will other players wake up and attempt to overcome his point lead.

In Division B, Noo is leading the pack with 16 points. His closest rival is nobody, with 6 points.

In Division C, we have a tie for first place, Alain and Pink Squid are both tied with 5 points.

Who will pull ahead? Who will fall behind? Stay tuned in!

He uses it to pass notes to girls in class: "I like you, do you like me? Check yes or no."

The check mark is always next to "No."

If you can't win the battle for 1st place, then maybe you can try to win the battle for second place? :D I dunno, Siren may be a thought competitor to beat with all the games she is logging. However, right now she has 14 points and you have 11 points, not too far behind!
Mar 18, 2006 05:12 FBL Status Report for Friday night, March 17.
Time for another update!

FBL Status Report for Friday night, March 17.

Division A:

JiDeep Still leads! Not only that, but he's widen his lead to 7 points over his closest current competitor - having 38 points vs second place ZZZ who has 31 points. Jideep has an impressive record of winning 7 games out of 7. Will anyone end his winning streak? Where is Underdog and Ren to challenge Jideep? Finally, JoJo is still in 3rd place with 29 points.

Division B:

Noo still continues his wide lead. He increased it to 48 points. Derami has now overtaken Nobody to take second place - with 15 points. Nobody still has 11 points, but now places third due to Derami having taken second.

Division C:

Boro continues to steamroll through the division with 7 wins for 7 games giving him a total of 38 points. Siren is still in second place but with an increase to 14 points. TheRook is still in third place but with a slight increase to 12 points. Will TheRook attempt to overtake Siren to claim the second place throphy?

Smallball:

Innocentvirgin continues his overwhelming dominance with 236 points. However, Fermat is slowly, but surely catching up to him, with 51 points. With Innocentvirgin on a gaming hiatus until March 30th, the last day of the smallball league, will his lead be secure or will Fermat be able to overcome and take the first place crown? Finally, currently in third place, is zzz with 33 points.
