anyway, i talked to my attorney and he says there is a statue of law that makes what you did illegal and punishable by fines and jail time. we are currently working on matters of jurisdiction

wow ur pretty inquisitive. actually ive never ever been a student of any university. secondly, he isn't charging me a dime. thirdly, i happen to have many influential friends, many of whom are lawyers. it all began about 3 yrs ago when i had some problems with people i didnt like. i kinda went into the deep end and got into some trouble with the law. this guy helped me out and since then i've been studying on my own time and making friends in different areas of law. my favorite friend is this female that specializes in code of ethics. i can pretty much have any case against me dismissed to say the least, so any of you would be pretty stupid to try to countersue me.

May want to have a chat with your lawyer friend about how using a program to hack this game is against the end user liscense agreement you agree to abide by to even use the software. May want to get that cleared up before you attempt anything in regards to having your ip range banned. Also keep in mind that your going to have to go after the bot owners themselves, since its their own personal hardware and bandwidth they are donating to run bolo servers for our enjoyment. And since you don't know who they are, or any other personal information about them, that might be just a tiny bit difficult. You really are stupid.

you guys r truly idiots. you shouldn't even begin to pretend that you know anything about law when you don't. my lawer is a Science & Technology lawyer you dumbasses so finding the names of the botowners will not be a problem. I already know I'm going after LRL and Nemokrap. Also, the end user agreement blah blah blah is nonbinding.. come on this is law 101.. its like going into a store without shoes or shirt. the cops can't do anything because its not a law.. its store policy.. and half the stores don't enforce it... also you can't hold me to any contract - written, verbal, or this computer crap.. because you have no proof that I agreed to anything... i downloaded winbolo off fileplanet.com or one of many other sites.
im truly done with discussing this. i just wanted to give you a warning. see my plan is to finish discussing the jurisdiction matter with my lawyer then him and me are going to draw up a plan and a deadline. basically i'll give you one last warning, listing specifically what codes you are in violation of, why you can't fight back or expect to be let off the hook, what the usual sentence is, what you can expect to lose in the judicial process, a deadline to accept my offer (haven't drawn one up yet), when you can expect to see proof that your lawyer failed (they have 30 days to put in a memo contra)... and if you dont accept my offer by the deadline there is no turning back... im going to submit a merit brief, take your asses to court, and if you don't show up you're going to jail. if you force my hand i highly suggest you stick with a public defender, because you are going to lose and it will be cheaper this way, but of course you are going to be paying my court expenses....
