WinBolo Dev Update
Thought it was about time to give an update on the things that are (mostly) already in the next version of WinBolo.
* Server running from client. WinBoloDS is no longer required to be run to start a multiplayer game from WinBolo. This will help people who can't start games. Not all dedicated server options will be available from the client initially. Example: Setting maximum player limit, custom binding address.
* Skin support - Custom graphics and sounds can now be loaded from a zip file and used. There isn't a "choose your skin" window yet. This is also Windows only at this stage.
* New server command - Say - Allows server admins to send a message to all players in the game. Other items from the list may be implemented in this version as well.
* Fix for driving into a enemy base shooting and sending your man out to farm kills him.
* Other fixes.
