I like winbolo, but a T1 or T3 connection (in my opinion) should be used for something more in-depth. I have a dial-up and I envy you people!

There are borgs and brains out there that have a command in their menu that allow them to record your game. Like pmg said, if you video tape them, you can report them with proof.
If there are cheats, then people are going to use them.
