It sounds like your computer is having major troubles. Have you tried the usual: 1. Virus scan. 2. Adware scan. 3. Hard Disk scan for disk problems.

They are saved using standard windows ini saving functions to a file called winbolo.ini. This is stored in the windows directory by default. I'm not sure how it is saved in a shared environment.
