I suggest sending the details and a link to the log if applicable to LRL via a pm. From my understanding he has a script that alerts him to things like this so I assume he'll take care of it.

There's no automatic dns program. Replacing the winbolods apps in the wbb folder will allow your bot to spawn 1.15 games but you'll have to manually edit the mirc script to enable the logging feature....

I get the same error when starting the inbuilt map unless it's in single player mode. Have you tried choosing another map?
